If you are interested in supporting Frontline Ministry by helping us fundraise, that is amazing! We would love for you to be a part of the team! Every little bit helps our ministry in tremendous ways! Support goes towards our monthly costs of programs like buying clothes and food and soap for the boys. Also, funds can help pay rent and buy much needed vocational training supplies for the boys in the Discipleship House. In addition, you will be helping to retrace and reunite boys with their families when you are able to give! Fundraisers can also be focused on special events. For example, each December we have a large Christmas dinner for the boys and our staff. We also host a large medical camp each year that provides quality medical care to over 250 street boys in just one day! We also have staff retreats where we evaluate the year of work and how we can continue the next year in excellency.
Please contact us before hosting your fundraiser so we can help to provide you with resources and with the event planning and organization!

Bake SaleEveryone loves cookies and cakes! Bake items that can be packaged individually (cookies, brownies, etc) and set prices ahead of time. Set up shop at a strategic place in your neighborhood, school or workplace during a time where people are in the mood for something sweet!
Better yet, see if a favorite local bakery would be willing to help you set up a fundraiser! They may offer to give you a whole sale price for you to sell. They would receive promotion, and Frontline could receive a percentage of the profit! |
Car wash
The traditional car wash fundraiser is a fun, easy way to raise money. Find a location and gain permission from the owner of the venue. Remember, you need easy access to a lot of water! Gather a group of friends to make posters and stand by the roadside one afternoon when there is a strong traffic-flow. Have another group of people waiting near your water source with buckets, rags, sponges and other cleaning supplies. It might be a good idea to have a bake sale or lemonade stand for your customers while they wait!
Dinner party
This dinner party can be as simple or elaborate as you would like. Make a homemade dinner for a few friends at home, or cater the event at a private reserved dining room of your choice. Determine the price for each seat at your table(s) and send out your invitations for the event! You could also organize a progressive dinner, whereby you gather a group of friends and plan a meal together. Then each friend prepares and serves one course at their home. Or ask individuals to host and you all just travel and eat! The party moves from place to place during the night. You could share about one aspect of Frontline at each home!

Restaurant fundraiser
Not confident in your own cooking? Or your friends? :) Restaurants like holding fundraisers for a variety of reasons, primarily because it promotes their business. First, find a restaurant to hold your event and talk to the manager about your options. Most likely, you’ll coordinate an evening where you and your friends help to host, serve, and clean up. At the end of the evening, a percentage of the restaurant’s profits will be donated to Frontline Ministry. Finally, after you’ve set the date with the restaurant manager, invite everyone you know to the event to maximize your fundraising.
Craft market boothDo you have the spiritual gift of crafting? Are you a Pinterest and Etsy connoisseur? Have you considered designing, creating, and selling products for the street boys of Uganda? If so, we could help to provide you with our beautiful local fabrics here in Uganda and you could sew away! Or glue away! Local markets are an excellent way to spread the news about the ministry to many people win just one day of selling. Let us know if you want us to send you a package of our beautiful local fabrics!

CHurch or community Garage Sale!First you would need to set a date for your sale. Yard sales usually attract the most attention on Friday afternoons and early Saturday mornings. Next, ask friends, families and neighbors to donate their gently used items for a church or multi-family yard sale. Find a safe place to store all your donated items and a near-the-road location for high traffic of customers! Organize a day and time where families can drop off their goods, or arrange to pick up the items yourself. The key to this fundraiser is publicity-publish your ads at local coffee houses, on Craig’s List (craigslist.org) and in your local newspaper. Don’t forget the signs along the road to direct the way to the sale!
